Space Plus is a new player on the German Self Storage market. Headed up by European self storage veteran Russell Jordan who has decades of experience in the sector, the company’s objective is to become a market-leading self storage brand over the next few years. Space Plus uses state-of-the-art technologies and hybrid HR solutions in order to give its clients exactly what they need — an innovative and flexible space concept to suit every requirement.

We offer a combination of flexible storage concepts for private individuals and businesses with innovative workspace formats such as co-working and Flex Office. These are all state-of-the-art customer-focussed services using the very latest technologies.

We tailor our service to suit your needs and requirements, for which we have developed an overall concept to offer you the best possible support in all matters relating to your individual space requirements. You too can benefit from the combination of high-specification storage facilities for both private and business use and innovative working environments in our co-working and Flex Office zones. A broad palette of premium services is already included in every booking, with no extra costs to you.
Premium services and environmental protection are by no means a contradiction for us. We view sustainability as an important aspect of our corporate culture and make every attempt to implement this at every level.
This starts with our locations where we have designed the fit-out to include for example recycled floors, the modernisation of the heating systems to use biomass fuels with corresponding increases in heating efficiency and building projects such as the landscaping of the roofs, the operation and use of our own photovoltaic installations and so much more. Naturally this also applies to our sustainable FSG-certified packaging materials, which you can buy in our local shop or order online.
According to the motto of the British polar explorer and environmental activist Robert Swan, the greatest threat to our planet is the belief that someone else will save it for us. In fact the preservation of our environment begins with each and every one of us and we at Space Plus are happy to step up to the mark on a daily basis. If you have any ideas how we could improve our sustainability management even more, we would be pleased to hear from you.
Space Plus has set itself the objective of expanding its self storage, co-working and Flex Office portfolio across the board over the next few years. In addition to the City and Mega Stores shortly to be opened in Krefeld, Hagen, Osnabrück and Essen, we are also working on projects in other locations over the course of this year. We hope to continue this frequency of new openings over the next few years. By the end of 2023 there should be a total of 70–80 facilities across the whole of Germany, thanks to our long-term partnership with the Metro group.
